  • In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order items may have longer processing times. Estimated timeframes will be provided at the time of purchase or upon enquiry.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We offer a flat rate shipping fee for standard orders.
  • Bulky or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges. These will be quoted based on item size, quantity, and delivery location.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Metro areas: 3–5 business days
  • Regional & remote areas: Delivery times may vary and can take longer depending on location

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused
  • Items are in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

For approved change-of-mind returns:

  • A store credit will be issued
  • Return shipping costs to be covered by the buyer

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where a product is faulty or not as described.

  • Refunds for faulty items will be processed to the original payment method
  • We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue
